Organizations that want to revoke certification or revoke certificates should stop using the logo and all promotional materials along with returning the certificate if they fail to resolve the issue that caused the certificate suspension within the time set by the certification body.
Stoppage
TQCSI will stop the authentication when:
- If the customer's management system does not consistently or seriously meet the requirements for certification requirements and effectiveness of the management system
- If the certified customer does not allow follow-up management or renewal audit to be conducted at fixed intervals
- Authentication If the customer voluntarily requests the suspension of certification
- If the certified customer does not take corrective action for nonconformity within the period
- When an accredited customer misuses a certificate or logo and an audit report
- If the certified customer violated the requirements of the authentication agreement
Upon termination of the certification, certification of the client's management system of the certified client temporarily becomes ineffective
