The contract will be signed upon receipt of the certification application and contract. Once the contract is concluded, the applicant must comply with the certification process of the Certification Program.
TQCSI maintains its confidentiality and may use it without the written consent of the applicant for the certification, except where it is deemed that there is a legitimate need for the Certification Body to perform the service in accordance with the confidentiality information obtained in connection with the certification audit of the applicant Do not leak to third parties.
When a judging team is formed as a judging committee in the field and the examination schedule is decided in consultation with the applicant company, the examination plan will be notified to the applicant company. If an objection is raised to the examination schedule, the opinions of the applicant company are taken into consideration and reflected in the examination plan
Stage 1 audits are conducted for the purpose of reviewing the relevant management system documentation, verifying the audit criteria and scope of certification, establishing an on-site audit plan, and receiving inquiries or suggestions from customers who apply for certification to TQCSI. In the case of the environment, the EMS reviews relevant environmental aspects and their associated impacts, policy objectives and regulations, whether they have appropriate procedures to identify and determine their environmental aspects, whether they have environmental certifications for related activities, And the purpose of confirming the documentation that is relevant to the communication with external stakeholders.
When the result of corrective action issued at the site audit is verified by the auditor, the audit record is verified by the verification auditor.
Stage 2 audit (on-site audit) determines whether the organization meets all the requirements related to the scope of the certification, whether it is being implemented, and whether it can establish credibility with the organization's products, processes or services If you meet this requirement, we will proceed to recommend certification registration. Corrective actions for nonconformities shall be submitted in writing, and the verification of whether or not they are understood shall be made through a document or site visit.
Once the certification is decided, the certificate will be issued in Korean and English within 10 days based on the date of passing the examination.
The validity period of the certificate is three years, and the certificate can be utilized by "certification mark use and promotion standard". Certificates can be picked up in one of the following ways:
1) Mail and courier delivery
2) Visiting TQCSI for self-collection
It is conducted to verify that the certified organization is continuously compliant with the certification conditions, and the follow-up audit is conducted in accordance with the initial on-site audit process. The periodic follow-up audit cycle should be conducted at least once a year and the cycle is determined according to the procedures and criteria of TQCSI.
It is conducted every three years for the purpose of renewing the certification.
